making my day..
yes! i'm in ngee ann poly's logistics management for both JAE and JPSAE! hehhes..just so glad now, at least i got into my supposedly "dream" course. well, there are a few whom i know are going into ngee ann as well.. mass comm: enna, jin hong. aerospace tech: li jie. business studies: chengyun. (and a few more of the others who apparently took longer to reply my sms)
had a GREAT day yesterday. (thanks guys, love ur man..)
watched JUNO at GV Marina. (its my first NC-16 movie.) well, the movie wasn't that good afterall. i mean it wasn't really so much of a comedy (like what was stated in the papers- 4 popcorns!) then our dear weikai (if i didn't remember wrongly) said 4 popcorns = 4 laughters only. which goes like this: HA HA HA HA (period)
then went down to east coast park. went in search for a bowling alley and nearly got tricked by a bike shop saying that "all bowling alleys at east coast all close down already. maybe your can rent a bike first and go see see?" (they must be thinking that we're young people, so we must be very blur) anw, bowling was fun. siva, weikai, eileen and me were on a team. rasyiqah, chengyun, nas and edison formed the other team. 2 rounds was all it took. nas and co. won the first round, but we won the second round. hehhes. its my first attempt at bowling, really not bad (2 strikes and a personal score of 108!-i know this score is not good, but for a dumbo like me, my $3 was really worth in man)
we went to BK after bowling. eileen and i shared a "BUDDY" MEAL. (thanks ar-dno who ate more in the end -.-)
i went home after the meal. wasted my time (and weikai's time too) waiting for 401 to arrive. in the end, we felt that it was pointless waiting, so weikai walked me thru the underpass then i walked to the bus stop. took 196 to buona vista mrt. by the time i reached home, it was 7.45pm. come to think of it, i left BK around 4.45pm and i took 3 hours solid to reach home. WOW. but the bus ride was cool, winded down the city streets and got a real cool view of the skyline. the s'pore flyer looked so extremely "enormous" thou.
this is the first time i've been part of a "nearly full day outing". it was really fun and memorable. i look forward to another outing with the same gang again. maybe next time, we should just go down to east coast straight away.. hehehes..
acceptance,
it lights up ur life.
it really did.
.under-estimated.
